I have done numerous cleanses at least 15 or more. I must say the Vata cleanse is refreshing, manageable and with the evening soup you can still work out and not feel starved.

I love this cleanse and have purchased it 3 times. I feel so wonderful during and after. The juices are delicious. My favorite is the Bunny Brew! I am satisfied throughout the day, I have the soup for dinner and save the Golden Coconut Mylk for dessert. I really think this is a perfect cleanse.
