No shortcuts anywhere

These are the commitments behind every juice, smoothie, and meal we make.

Organic isn't a trend

It's our baseline for quality.

At Purée we always choose organic produce. Not mostly organic. Not organic when it's convenient. Always. If we can't source it organic, we don't carry it.

Organic means no synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, no GMOs. What goes into the ground ends up in the bottle. That matters to us.

100% organic. Every product. Every time.

Raw & Cold-Pressed

proudly cold pressed

Cold-pressing uses slow, steady pressure instead of heat or fast-spinning blades that can damage or degrade ingredients. No friction. No oxidation. The juice retains more of what the produce actually contains.

Most juice brands cold-press. What's rare is staying raw after pressing. Many brands put their juice through HPP after pressing to push shelf life out to 30, 45, or 60 days. They can still legally call it cold-pressed. But it's been processed to stay stable in store.

Our juice lasts three to four days because of it's freshness and lack of processing. Cold-pressed. Raw. Made fresh.

No HPP

pure juice no pressure

High-Pressure Pasteurization (HPP) kills bacteria by submerging sealed bottles under extreme water pressure. It works. It also changes the structure of the juice, shifts the flavor, and is why we never use it.

We make juice so people can have something real. Something pressed this morning that will be gone in a few days because that's how fresh food works.

Never HPP. Not once.

Sourced with intention.

We know our food

We source through Baldor, one of the most trusted organic distributors in the region. Every delivery is certified organic, traceable, and in season.

And we're building direct relationships with local farms. We want to know the names of the people growing our kale and customers to know the journey from the soil to the bottle.

Organic. Traceable. Responsibly sourced.
