Progressions

This was so convenient AND yummy! My body needed a reboot but even with a very good juicer I was in need of some assistance. Puree Juice Bar to the rescue. The juices were smooth, fresh and filling. The shots were on point! Whew! Energy level climbing!

If you are just starting out in the world of cleanses then this is the place you’d begin. Lots of flavor variety and a steady amount of juice. Prepare for a calorie dip as veggies don’t have much. The flavors are delicious if you like all veggies. Otherwise expect to not like one or two. Ha.

This cleanse was so much better than I imagined! First day was tough because eating something is a habit but once I got through that it was super easy. I enjoyed every single juice and didn’t feel hungry at all. It helped me clean out my diet.
