Cauliflower "Couscous"

Grain free, delicious, and satisfying, cauliflower is transformed into the perfect texture to create a couscous substitute. Choose between 2 of our regular favorites and keep an eye out for seasonal specials.

Mediterranean organic ingredients: cauliflower, parsley, olives, lemon, olive oil, black pepper, himalayan salt, garlic.

Tuscan organic ingredients: cauliflower, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, lemon, olive oil, himalayan salt, pepper, garlic.

(Cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and brussel sprouts contain sulphurous compounds that account for its strong scent, especially when cut and raw. Please note this is normal plant power and it is not spoiled!)

Great place

I love the smoothies and food at Purée Juice Bar. Evening is tasty, fresh and wholesome!

Really good for cauliflower

Both kinds are really good( and I am not such a fan of raw cauliflower).
The Mediterranean seemed more of a snack, where the Tuscan one is much more filling
due to the pine nuts. Loved both .

Healthy and tasty

Very tasty! I had the Tucson version which had pine nuts. Crunchy and delicious and fresh. I only wish the portion size could be bigger.
