A Holiday Harmony Cleanse from Purée Juice Bar can help you enjoy guilt free festivities by balancing lighter and nutrient dense days with parties and celebratory meals.

Festive parties and holiday celebrations with friends and family, can sometimes mean over-indulging, which you should enjoy guilt free! The Holiday Harmony Cleanses are for 4 weeks only and intended to keep you on track between Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will receive delivery or pickup on the day you choose every week starting the week after Thanksgiving for 4 weeks. 

Please note there are no deliveries on Christmas Day, so if your selected day is Wednesday, those juices will be made on Tuesday and moved to Thursday for delivery or pickup.

About the Fall Cleanse:

Seasonal change is the perfect time to cleanse. Autumn and Winter is dry, rough, windy, cool and clear. These are all qualities shared by vata dosha, and warming foods as well as grounding poses in your yoga practice, can assist you in the transition. Our Fall Vata Cleanse is specially designed to support the vata season, while flooding your body with nutrients. The 5 juices and nutmylk per day all have warming spices including ginger, turmeric, and cardamom. A hot soup in the evening is comforting and grounding. Each day includes:
