Perhaps the most striking health benefit provided by quinoa is its overall nutrient richness. When the nutrient composition of this food is analyzed in depth, the results are unusual. You have to like tahini to love this salad. It is crunchy, filling, and one of my favorites.
Although this was a healthy dish, I found it a little bland compared to some of the others.
