I've done a few cleanses, but this is by far my favorite. The inclusion of a DELICIOUS soup (I got the cauliflower) made the experience so much more enjoyable. As always, the juices are delicious. I especially loved the two lemon-forward juices in the morning.
Fully satisfying, The juices are delicious and the soups are very filling! The coconut juice is like a delicious, healthy dessert at the end.

I have done numerous cleanses at least 15 or more. I must say the Vata cleanse is refreshing, manageable and with the evening soup you can still work out and not feel starved.
